摘　　要：通过数值求解双极半导体器件的基本方程 ,研究了载流子在注入光敏器件内部的运动 ,得到了器件内部载流子的运动图像。在此基础上阐明了该种器件的工作原理。The transportation of the carriers inside the injection photodetector is studied by solution of the basic equations of the bipolar electric devices.Numerical method is used.The operation principle of the device is explained based on the results of simulation.
