高校创新创业型人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：探索新的人才培养模式道路应该以人才培养模式的最初理念为切入点,在紧紧把握人才培养理念的前提下,从每个核心要素中映射出新思路新观点。创新创业型人才关注的是从培养学生的创新能力到最终引导学生创业,在整个培养过程中,以课程体系构建、教学方式重组和创新实践普及为立足点,通过职业生涯规划个性化教育、跨学科培养教育、教学科研实践教育和引导学生创业教育来培养学生成才。Exploring a new model of personnel training should be based on the initial concept of the personnel training model as a starting point, and under the premise of firmly grasping the personnel training concept, new ideas should be reflected from each of the core elements. Attention should be paid to developing students＇ innovation ability and to guiding students to entrepreneurship. In the whole training process, the construction of curriculum system, restructuring of teaching methods and popularization of innovation practice should be gained as a foothold, and the individualized education of occupation career planning, interdisciplinary training education, practice education of teaching and scientific research and guiding students to entrepreneurship education should be applied to help students to become talents.
