摘　　要：高师复合型人才的培养从拓宽专业口径、调整课程结构、注重能力素质教育、注重培养创新能力和科研能力诸多方面进行运作 ,才能达到预期目的 。In order to foster talents of multiple abilities in normal colleges and universities,we should broaden specialties,adjust the structure of courses,pay special attention to the education of the quality of capability,and attach importance to the cultivation of the abilities of bringing forth new ideas and scientific researches.Only in doing this can we achieve the expected goal and really put quality education into practice.
