摘　　要：中小学校长培训的作用是开发人的能力，它具有提高性和定向性。其培训模式应是知识更新型；能力本位型；行为修正型；临床诊断型。强调的是培训的针对性、灵活性和实效性。The function of training the headmasters of primary and middle schools is to develop managerical ability of theirs. The purpose for training should be to renew one's knowledge,to improve one's abibity,and to make one's job better. The manoeuvrability.the target for training.and the substantial results should be stressed.
