张謇与江苏教育近代化中的制度建设

摘　　要：张謇对江苏教育近代化中的制度建设做出了重要贡献。他不仅通过参与对近代学制的修订,推动了近代学校教育制度的完善;率先成立地方教育行政机构,推动省级行政机构的改进,并以江苏教育会为依托辅助教育行政,完善了近代教育行政制度;还通过与江苏教育界人士的长期共同努力,实现了江苏教育经费的独立,初步建立了教育经费保障制度。Zhang Jian made great contributions to the building of institutions in the education modernization in Jiangsu. He con- summated the modern school system via revision of the educational system. He started the local educational administration which helped to improve the provincial institutions of administration. He promoted educational administration via the General Educational Society of Jiangsu. Moreover, he, together with the educational circle, built the safeguard system of educational funds and realized the independence of the educational funds.
