摘　　要：对地方性本科院校数学与应用数学专业的学生进行了"植入式实践教学"研究,理论上给出了研究的基本思路、方法和途径并付诸实施,最后总结了该课题多年来行动研究的成果。We conducted research on implanting internships intended for improving the employment competitiveness of the normal students majoring in maths and applied maths at local universites. We proposed the basic ideas, methods and approaches for the research and put them into practice. We finally summed up the results of the related action research implemented throughout the years.
