摘　　要：本文运用耐度定律、花盆效应、生态位理论等教育生态理论对高校教师课堂教学的评价目的、评价主体、评价机制等进行了分析,研究确立了构建高校教师课堂教学评价体系的原则及应注意的事项。采用文献研究法、德尔菲法等研究方法,构建了基于教育生态理论的高校教师课堂教学评价体系。The author of this paper uses the educational ecological theories such as the tolerance law, the flowerpot effect and the niche theory to analyze the evaluation purposes, the evaluation subjects and evaluation mechanism of classroom teaching evaluation system of higher education teachers. The study establishes the principles of classroom teaching evaluation system of higher education teachers and the precautions. The author adopts the research methods such as documentation research method, Delphi method to construct the classroom teaching evaluation system of higher education teachers based on the educational ecological theory.
