摘　　要：作为美国民族高等教育的重要组成部分,部落学院以传承部落文化和为部落社区服务为宗旨,在发展的过程中与当地自治政府(部落)、联邦政府、社区等外部力量形成了既独立又合作的治理格局。在内部治理结构上,董事会、校长、教师、学生是美国部落学院的四种主要力量。这种治理结构,保障了美国部落学院服务于土著人民和部落社区的办学宗旨。As an ＂important part of American higher education, tribal colleges have been formed both independent and collabo- rative relationship with local community, local government and federal government which Inherit tribal culture and serve the community. Drectors board, principals, teachers, students are four main forces of the internal governance structure in Ameri- can Tribal colleges, It protected the American Tribal Colleges which serve the indigenous and tribal community.
