摘 要:目的了解湖南某高校退休教职工的营养知识、态度和饮食行为,为制订有效措施,改善湖南高校退休教职工营养健康状况提供决策依据。方法采用自行设计的营养知识、态度、行为调查问卷,随机抽样某高校165名退休教职工。结果大学退休教职工营养知识、态度、饮食行为3者呈正相关(P<0.05)。营养知识的平均及格率为73.99%,其中退休教师及格率为83.51%,退休工人及格率为64.47%,营养态度认同率为82.07%,饮食行为在口味偏咸、服用营养补充剂等面差异具有统计学意义。结论高校退休教职工掌握营养基础知识总体虽然较好,但如何合理营养、平衡膳食、促进健康等方面的知识还比较缺乏,应采取以电视广播为主,报纸、报刊、杂志为辅,社区宣传栏和专业讲座等其他媒体配合的综合性传播策略,加强营养知识宣传教育,并通过营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)动态监测,改善高校退休教职工营养态度和饮食行为,提高退休教职工营养健康状况,预防和控制其慢性病的发生。Objective To understand the nutrition knowledge, attitudes and dietary behaviors of retired faculty of a university of Hunan Province, so as to provide the evidence for decision-making to formulate effective measures to improve their health status. Methods Totally 165 retired faculty members in a college were selected randomly and investigated with a self-designed nutrition knowledge, attitude, and behavior questionnaire. Results There was a positive correlation among the nutrition knowledge, attitudes, and dietary behav/or (P〈0.05). The average passing rate of nutrition knowledge was 73.99% in the retired faculty, and the passing rate was 83.51% in the retired teachers but the rate was 64.47 % in the retired workers. The nutrition attitude recognition rate was 82.07 %. Conclusions The nutritional knowledge is generally good in the university retired faculty. However, the knowledge of reasonable nutrition and balance dietary is still Ix)or and need to be improved.
