摘  要:教育国际化只不过是基础教育改革和教育现代化的一种手段和路径,在全球化背景下,习惯于用"全球化(经济)的语言(思维)"把它描绘成基础教育发展的一种必然趋势与不可争辩的事实,到处充斥着夸大其词的论调。面对这一现状,本文提倡回归到"教育的语言"上来,采用审慎的态度,透过表象重新审视基础教育国际化的实质,对不顾现实条件盲目推行基础教育国际化的做法提出质疑。The internationalization of education is merely an approach to the revolution and moderni- zation of primary education. Under the circumstances of globalization, education internationalization is conveniently described as an inevitable trend of the development of primary education using the term ' globalized (economic) language ( mode of thinking) ' , which is a not even close to the sligh- test fact. Faced with this situation, the writer advocates the return to ' the language of education' , adopting a prudent attitude, to observe the nature of the internationalization of primary education, and to question and challenge those practices to pursue the internationalization of primary education that are ignorant of the reality.
