开放性原则下的成人高等教育转型发展研究

摘　　要：开放性原则是指事物的发展需要与外界环境进行物质和能量的交换,同时系统中各要素都是相互联系的,彼此之间存在着人、财、物和信息方面的交换。成人高等教育在新的社会背景下,面对着诸多发展困境,亟需进入全面转型发展阶段。开放性原则对成人高等教育转型发展的启示主要包括以下几方面:充分借鉴外部管理经验、坚持多元化合作办学、服务地方经济发展以及全面向社会开放。Open principle mainly refers to the development of something need the exchange of matter and energy with the outside world, at the same time, the elements in the system are connected with each other and there is an exchange of person, money, matter and information between them. Adult higher education under the background of new society is facing many development difficulties and urgently need to start a stage of completely transformation development. And open principle has many enlightenments on adult higher education＇ s transformation development, such as fully absorbing the external management experience, insisting on diversified cooperation in running schools, serving local e- conomic^s development and opening to the society fully.
