摘 要:目的观察葛根素滴眼液对青少年近视的防治作用。方法随机选取2011年至2012年在我院门诊就诊的既往戴框架眼镜半年以上的近视患儿60例(120只眼),5~12岁,排除眼部器质性病变及曾接受其他减缓近视发展药物治疗的患者。随机分为葛根素组、消旋山莨菪碱组和对照组,各组双眼分别用1%葛根素滴眼液、0.5%消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液和人工泪液滴眼,早晚各1次,用药1年。每3个月复查1次,包括视力、静态屈光度、眼轴长度和眼压。结果用药后.葛根素组眼压较消旋山莨菪碱组和对照组降低(P〈0.001,P=0.001),葛根素组和消旋山莨菪碱组屈光度和眼轴长度均较对照组减小(P〈0.05),屈光度增幅和眼轴增幅均较对照组增幅减小(P〈0.01):Pearson相关性分析显示各组患者用药前后屈光度与眼轴长度呈正相关(r=0.739,P〈0.001),葛根素组屈光度增幅随眼压降低而减小(r=0.529,P=0.002)。结论葛根素滴眼液对青少年近视进展有较好抑制作用,与消旋山莨菪碱作用相当,其作用机制可能与其降眼压的作用有关。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of puerarin on children myopia. METHODS Sixty cases of myopic children wearing glasses for more than half a year, aged 5 to 12, were randomly selected. The children who had structural ophthalmic diseases or were treated with other myopic medicine before were excluded. The selected children were divided into puerarin group, racanisodamine group and control group. Both eyes of these groups were treated with 1% puerarin, 0.5% racanisodamine and artificial tears respectively, twice per day (morning and evening) for one year. The visual acuity, diopter, intraocular pressure and axial length of these children were measured for every three months. RESULTS The intraocular pressure of puerarin group was significantly lower than that of control group and anisodamine group (P〈0.001, P=0.001 ). The diopter and axial length of puerarin group and anisodamine group were less than those of control group (P〈0.05). Pearson correlation analysis of the patients before and after medication showed the diopter was positively correlated with axial length (r= 0.739, P〈0.001 ), and the diopter of puerarin group significantly decreased with the decreasing intraocular pressure (r= 0.529, P=0.002). CONCLUSIONS Puerarin eye drops significantly inhibited adolescent myopia progression, which was similar to the effect of anisodamine. The mechanism might be that puerarin and anisodamine reduced the intraocular pressure.
