摘  要:"卓越计划"视域下,校企合作培养人才是测绘工程教育发展的必然选择。针对实践缺位在高校教学质量中的突出短板,本文研究借鉴国外校企合作人才培养模式,构建我国校企合作多元参与的良性互动机制、互惠多赢的利益驱动机制、兼聘交融的资源共享机制、政策引导的考核激励机制,以培养具有实践能力和创新意识的卓越测绘工程人才。It is inevitable choice for the education of Surveying and Mapping Engineering to utilize the model of co-culture between school and enterprise based on the training model of Excellent Engineer. Due to the bad scarcity of practice teaching in the university education of China, it is necessary to learn from foreign training model on co-culture between university and enterprise in order to tra/n the Surveying and Mapping talents with practical ability and innovative consciousness. Finally, four training mechanisms were advanced in the paper to use better the experience of other countries for reference including benign interactive mechanism with multi-element par- ticipation, the commercially motivated mechanism with mutual benefit and muhi-win, the resource sharing mechanism with fusing sideline and employing the performance inspection and incentive mechanism with policy guidance.
