摘 要:从专业学习共同体的视角,通过实证研究发现,北京市中学教研组具有专业学习共同体的基本特征和功能,但与有效的学习共同体尚有距离。究其原因有:教研组非单纯的专业组织性质,教研组长角色的非专业性,组长缺乏专业领导者的素质,教师工作负荷过重等。因此,应改革教研组的组织定位,使之成为专业组织;提高教研组长素质,增强其专业领导力;改善教师的工作状态,提升教师的工作积极性;改革不公平的学校生存状态,给普通校教研组更好的生存空间。By means of empirical study from the perspective of professional learning community, it is found out that a teaching and research group in a secondary school in Beijing has already had the basic characteristics and functions of professional learning community, but there still exists some distance with efficient learning community. The reasons are mainly as follows : the teaching and research group is not the innocent professional organization, the role of teaching and research leader is not professional, the leader is short of the quality of professional leadership, the work of teacher is overloaded, etc. In order to improve the construction of the teaching and research group, we should reform the organization orientation of the teaching and research group, and make it turn into a professional organization ; improve the quality of the leader of teaching and research group, and enhance the professional leadership; perfect the working condition of teachers, and promote teachers" working enthusiasm; reform the unfair living state of schools, and bring better living space to the teaching and research group in ordinary schools.
