摘　　要：大学精神可以称为大学素质教育之魂,因为大学精神可以为大学素质教育提供价值导向,指导学人信念养育,并通过自身规范的轨迹与清晰坚定的内涵指向给大学素质教育以方法论的启示,使大学素质教育有望落到实处。同时,大学精神可以引导学人在宽松、人本的环境中追求自我超越,达到自我实现的目标,为大学素质教育的实施提供强大的精神支持和不竭动力。The spirit of university can be called the soul of quality education in uninversity, because the spirit of university can provide value guidance for the quality education which leads to the formation of the students＂ and the facuhy＇s beliefs, and offer the methodological enlightenment for the quality education in university through its formal track and clarified connotation, and it may be helpful to the actual implementation of quality education in university. Meanwhile, the spirit of university can guide the students and the faculty to pursuit the self-transcendence and achieve the goal of self-realization freely and comfortably in relaxed environment, and provide powerful spiritual protection and inexhaustible power for the implementation of quality education in university.
