摘　　要：目前大部分中外企业都先后采用了项目管理方式,以提高企业的管理效率和竞争力。对项目管理的研究引起学术界和实业界的广泛关注。美、英等发达国家早在20世纪60、70年代即开始构建项目管理知识体系,对其加以分析、吸收,形成兼具学术价值和实际意义的企业项目管理知识体系,将有助于推动以项目管理为目标的学科建设。Most enterprises in China and foreign countries have applied the project management system in order to improve their management efficiency and competitive power. The research on project management has drawn wide attention among scholars and businessmen. The United States and Great Britain among the developed countries started to build Project Management Body of Knowledge as early as the 1960s and 70s. To learn from this system and to form an Enterprise Project Management Body of Knowledge （EPMBK） with both academic value and practical significance is necessary and helpful in developing a new discipline of Enterprise Proiect Management.
