摘　　要：2013年STW会议上讨论了电子电气员示范课程。在对IMO示范课程和国内电子电气员的培训课程进行了对比后,分析了两者主要的不同点,并说明了不同的原因。文中结合国内实际情况,从提高电子电气员培训质量的角度出发,提出了相关的培训对策。At STW meeting in 2013, the electro - technical officer model course was discussed. After studying the submitted model course, a comparison between the IMO model course and the current state of the Chinese training of the Electro - technical officer is done. The differences and the reasons are found out. According to the domestic status, in the view of improving the quality of training in China, the above comparison is integrated with the teaching practice experience and relevant training suggestions are provided.
