摘  要:目的探索内外科护理学中消化系统课程整合方法和效果。方法采取方便取样的方法,以某校2010级护理专业三年制学生258名为研究对象,以2012年春季内科护理学和外科护理学的消化系统疾病为教学改革内容。通过集体备课、课堂理论授课、见习等环节进行消化系统内外科护理学整合教学。比较课程整合前后学生成绩,并调查学生满意度。结果消化系统内外科护理学教学改革效果显著,整合后在总课时安排不变的情况下,见习时间增加,学习成绩提高,学生满意度明显提高。结论内外科护理学整合教学,可以促进内、外科护理知识的融合,有利于培养学生的整体思维能力。Objective To explore a new teaching model of medicalnursing and surgical nursing , to improve the quality of higher nursing education. Methods Subjects included 258 three-year nursing students of grade 2010 learning in a college. Take the " medical nursing and surgical nursing digestive diseases" in 2012 as the teaching reform content. Through collective lesson preparation, classroom teaching, practice link for digestive system integration within medical- nursing and surgical nursing as the integrated nursing teaching. Compare the achievements of students before and after Cur- rieulum integration, and surveys satisfaction of students. Results The effect of teaching reform is significant, practice time increaseed, academic performance improved , student satisfaction improved significant~,. Conclusion The inte- gration of medical and surgical nursing teaching can promote nursing knowledge integration, help train the thinking abili- ty of students.
