广州学习型社会建设中政府购买教育服务的评估指标及标准

摘　　要：本文主要讨论在广州学习型社会建设中涉及政府购买教育服务方面所需要用到的评估指标及其标准。由于我国目前在政府购买教育服务方面尚处于探索阶段,特别是在政府购买教育服务方面尚未形成系统的评估指标体系,因此要建立广州建设学习型社会中政府购买教育服务的评价指标,必须在对政府购买教育服务评估的内涵、意义、原则、方法等进行分析的基础上,从政府、服务供给方、服务受众三个方面入手来构建。This article endeavors to explore the indices and criteria to assess the educational services purchased by the government in constructing a learning-based city in Guangzhou,which are lacking at present.This article proposes that before an appropriate evaluation system is built up,such factors as its def inition,signif icance,principle and approaches shall be carefully examined,and three key components,that is,the government,service suppliers and receivers shall be fully analyzed.
