摘 要:目的:调查高校护理专职教师的工作投入现状,分析人口学因素对其工作投入的影响。方法:使用中文版Utrecht工作投入量表(UWES)对164名高校护理专职教师进行横断面调查。结果:高校护理专职教师的工作投入总分为(61.96±8.99)分,中等偏上;不同性别、职称月收入水平的教师工作投入比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,月收入水平是影响工作投入的主要因素。结论:针对不同特点的高校护理专职教师,应从绩效与工资关联的角度激励其以更高的工作投入度来提高高校护理教育教学质量。Objective:To investigate the work engagement station of fulltime nursing teachers in colleges and universities,and to analyze the impact of demography factors on their work engagement.Methods:164 fulltime nursing teachers in colleges and universities were investigated by The Chinese Version of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale.Results:The teachers scored (61.96 ± 8.99)in work engagement,which was slightly above medium level.Fulltime nursing teachers in colleges and universities with different gender or professional tittle or working years of teaching or different levels of monthly income had significantly different work engagement(P<0.05).The result of Logistic regression analysis shows that monthly income was the main factor to affect work engagement.Conclusion:It was necessary for Full-time Nursing teachers in colleges and universities with different demographic characteristics to strengthen their work engagement in higher nursing education based the association between performance and wage.
