摘 要:根据纯电动汽车车内噪声特性,建立基于统计能量分析(SEA)的纯电动汽车车内噪声预测模型。SEA模型将纯电动汽车划分为不同结构特性的多个子系统,计算了模型中的模态密度和耦合因子等参数,通过试验方法获取了模型的输入功率。基于纯电动汽车SEA模型,预测分析了车内噪声,与试验结果进行了比较,验证了模型的有效性。应用声学包设计方法控制优化了车内噪声,降噪效果达到了预期目标。According to interior noise characteristic of Battery Electric Vehicles ( BEV), a prediction model for BEV interior noise was established based on statistical energy analysis (SEA) method. The model was divided into multiple different structure characteristics subsystems. The parameters including modal density and coupled factor of the model were calculated. The input powers of the model were acquired by test methods. Interior noise of BEV was predicted and analyzed based on the SEA model. The validity of the model was verified by comparing the test results with the simulating data. Applying to the design method based on sound package, interior noise was optimized and the control target for reducing interior noise was achieved.
