乳铁蛋白基因多态性与甘肃汉族及裕固族人群龋病易感性的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳铁蛋白(Lactoferrin,LF)基因中rs10865941(C/T)、rs1126477(G/A)和rs9110(C/T)3个单核苷酸位点多态性与甘肃省汉族及裕固族人群龋病易感性的关系。方法:从甘肃裕固族自治县常住人口中分别选取裕固族165人,汉族190人作为研究对象;并根据DMFT将其各分为病例组(DMFT≥3)和对照组(DMFT≤2);分别采其外周血并提取DNA,利用核酸质谱技术(MassArray)直接检测各受试者LF基因3个位点的基因型。结果:所有基因型分布频率均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P>0.05);rs10865941位点各基因型频率在汉族病例组和对照组中的分布差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);其中CT基因型频率病例组(36.5%)显著低于对照组(61.9%)(OR=0.394,95%CI=0.187-0.828);LF基因rs10865941、rs1126477和rs9110位点各基因型在裕固族人群病例组和对照组中的分布频率均未见显著性差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:LF基因rs10865941位点多态性可能与汉族人群龋病易感性有关。AIM：To analyse of the association between Lactoferrin gene polymorphism and dental caries susceptibility in the population of Han and Yugur nationality in Gansu province.METHODS：Polymorphism of rs10865941 （C/T）,rs1126477 （G/A） and rs9110（C/T） of lactotransferrin （LF） gene in 165 Yugur and 190 Han subjects were examind by Sequenom MassArray test from peripheral blood.The subjects were grouped as case（DMFT≥3）and control （DMFT≤2）.Data were statistically analysed.RESULTS：All genotype distribution frequency was consistent with Hardy-Weinberg balance（P ＞0.05） ; Rs10865941 SNP genotype frequence showed statistically significant difference between the case group and control group of Han,and rs10865941 CT genotype frequency in case group （36.5％） was lower than that in the control group （61.9％） with OR =0.394 （95％ CI =0.187-0.828） in Han nationality.Rs10865941,rs1126477 and rs9110 genotype frequency of LF showed no statistically difference in Yugur nationality.CONCLUSION：The polymorphisms rs10865941 site of LF is relevant with dental caries susceptibility of the Han nationality in Gansu province
