摘　　要：目的：探讨冠心病与牙周病患者牙龈沟液中IL-6、TNF-a、PGE2水平变化的相关性。方法：临床选择60~74岁的120例患者,分为3组,分别应用放射免疫法检测龈沟液中IL-6、TNF-a、PGE2含量。结果：与健康对照组相比,冠心病伴牙周病组及单纯牙周病组中,龈沟液中IL-6、TNF-a、PGE2含量均明显升高（P〈0.05）;其中冠心病伴牙周病组龈沟液中IL-6、TNF-a、PGE2含量高于单纯牙周病组（P〈0.05）。结论：冠心病与牙周炎存在一定的相关性,伴有冠心病的牙周炎患者龈沟液内IL-6、TNF-a、PGE2水平明显升高。Objective： To investigate the correlation of IL-6, TNF-a and PGE2 in patients with coronary atherosclerosis and periodontal disease. Methods： 120 periodontitist patient aged 60-74 were selected, detected the resorption of the IL-6, TNF-a and PGE2 in gingival crevicular fluid by radiommunoassay. Results： Compared to the healthy people, the levels of IL-6, TNF-a and PGE2 increased significantly（P〈0.05）. The levels of （C＋P） group were significantly higher than C group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There may be a relationship between the two diseases and the IL-6, TNF-a and PGE2.
