摘　　要：从网络建设角度出发,讨论了实际现网状况如何有效进行LTE规模建设和多张网络资源配置;利用影响网络资源配置的关键因素和限制要素,结合实际网络数据、区域地理及经济等因素,建立了一套网络业务分析模型,对网络业务分析、全网资源的优化配置、多网络间的资源协同等具有借鉴和参考价值。In view of network construction, it discusses ways to allocate resources efficiently and construct LTE networks. A set of model for data service in mobile communication network is established. It is verified by practice that the model correspond to reality of network and can reflect the actual demand of network. The analytic result is helpful to network construction of LTE, and will be of active meaning and value for reference in research of the allocation of network resources in mobile communication network.
