摘　　要：私塾应当是义务教育的一种补充教育形式,它与义务教育法的目的并不冲突;义务教育是受教育者的权利,也是未成年者其父母的一项不可剥夺的教育选择权。中国义务教育法应当为私塾的完善和发展提供一定的法律保障。Rather than in conflict with the objective of the Compulsory Education Law.the education provided by Old-style Private Schools serves as a useful supplement to the Compulsory Education System.The Compulsory Education is both the legal right enjoyed by all the educatees and the inalienable right of educational choice enjoyed by all the parents.Thus ,the Compulsory Education Law is under an obligation to promote the perfection and development of Old-style Private School Education by providing powerful legal sageguard.
