摘　　要：党外知识分子是党和国家人才队伍的重要组成部分,高职院校党外知识分子在学院教职工中占较大比例,是学院改革发展的一支重要力量,必须通过加强和改进党外知识分子工作充分发挥他们的积极作用,为学院发展做出应有的贡献。The non-Party intellectuals are an important component of the Party and national talents in vocational colleges.They accounted for a large proportion of staff members and are an important force in the reform and development of the vocational colleges.They must be given full play their positive role by strengthening and improving their work,and make contributions to the development of the colleges.
