摘 要:以地方高校本科专业类型分类作为切入点,充分认识分类指导下本科特色专业点建设与教学质量监控的因果逻辑,教学质量监控的必要性及其意义,探索专业分类,规范质量标准,在考虑社会、高校及其相关人员等方面的要素中,将四个类型分支控制系统有机组合成全方位、多维度的本科特色专业教学质量监控体系,并阐述了其在闭环控制系统中的运行程序,使教学质量监控体系发挥共同质量保障效应,既符合理论原则,也具有科学性、可行性。Taking classification of the specialties of local colleges and universities as the breakthrough point, fully realizing the causal logic of construction of distinctive specialties and control over teaching quality under classified guidance and the necessity as well as the significance of teaching quality con- trol, the current paper explores the way of classifying specialties and normalizes the quality standard. Considering the concerned parties including society, the school and the related people, it suggests that the four sub-systems should be integrated into an all-round, multi-dimensional system for control over the teaching quality of specialties. It also elaborates on the operational process of the dosed control system which contributes to the guaranteeing effect of the control system with its theoretical princi- ples, scientific nature and feasibility.
