摘 要:《劳动关系管理》课程不仅是高职人力资源管理专业的核心课程,同时也是企业人力资源管理部门重要业务岗位之一,教育教学过程中,在向学生讲授劳动合同、集体合同、企业内部劳动规则、劳动争议处理等相关基本理论知识的同时,加强对学生进行劳动关系管理制度草拟与修订;劳动关系文书草拟与填写;建立劳动关系台帐、对劳动关系进行动态管理,建立和整理劳动关系业务档案等相关业务的技能训练,无疑是该课程不可或缺的重要实训教学内容。Labor Relations Management is not only one of the professional core courses in major of vocational Human Re- source Management, while corporate human resources department is also an important business section. Thus the process of edu- cation and teaching should not only focus on teaching students about the labor contracts and collective contracts, corporate inter- nal labor rules, labor dispute handling basic theoretical knowledge; at the same time, it should also strengthen the related business skills training such as drafting and revising the labor relationship management system; drafting and filling the legal instruments of labor relations; accounting for dynamic management of labor relations, building and finishing labor relations business records, which are undoubtedly an indispensable practical training of the course.
