摘　　要：藏民族三语教育是中国民族教育的重要组成部分,但也有诸多问题,主要表现:三语体制不统一,管理欠规范;三语师资数量少,结构不合理;三语教材(辅)量少质低且缺乏特色;三语教育研究起步晚,现有成果不多;三语教育理念陈旧落后,教学方法手段不新等。Trilingual education of Tibetan is an important part of national education in China. There still exist some problems, for example, different standards in educational management and requirements, insufficiency of trilingual teachers and unreasonableness in teacher structure, shortage both in the number and uniqueness of trilingual teaching materials, lateness in the study on trilingual education and insufficiency of research result, and backwardness in teaching approaches and methods, etc.
