摘  要:基于球医学生最低要求进行医学教育改革的过程中,考核体系的改革至关重要。以团队为基础的学习(Team Based Learning,TBL)是一种新兴的教学模式,我校以TBL为核心尝试构建针对系统整合课程的考核体系。从学生反馈来看,其可以反映学生个人知识的掌握和整合应用,增进职业意识,促进人际交流协作等人文素质的优点,是一种颇具吸引力的有效的考核方式。How to assess the students is the most important part in innovation of medical education. As a new learning model, team- based learning (TBL) is used as a core to construct the assessment system for system-based integrated course in our school. From the feedback from students and our experience, TBL can reveal the personal capacity of medical students in their basic knowledge and integrated application. At the same time it can strengthen the professional awareness, and promote the interpersonal communication. All these advantages make TBL become an attractive assessment tool for medical education.
