摘　　要：近年来随着宁波区域经济的快速发展,特别是各类高校的扩招及我市人群中合格学历的快速提升,对宁波教育学院成人学历教育的招生造成了巨大的影响。通过对我校成人教育的现状分析,问题反思和探索,有助于推进我校成人学历教育的可持续发展。In recent years, with the rapid development of regional economy of Ningbo, especially the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities and the city population qualified in education rising fast have a huge impact on adult education. The paper analyzes current situations of college adult education and puts forward with problems and countermeasures.
