摘　　要：AnnexinA7具有特异的结构和功能，其表达及分布与细胞活性物质的分泌、细胞自噬调节、细胞信号通路具有密切联系．近年研究发现，AnnexinA7异常表达与肝癌、前列腺癌、胃癌、嗜铬细胞瘤、恶性胶质瘤的发生及恶性进展有关，可能与其基因组不稳定，通过多种信号通路的异常调节激活某些癌基因或累及某些抑癌基因，凋亡相关基因等有关。With Specific structure and function,the expression of Annexin A7 are closely linked with cell secretion of active substance and the regulation of calcium homeostasis, signaling pathways. In rcent years, stud- ies have found that Annexin A7 abnormal expression has been associated with tumorigenesis and malignant pro- gression. These tumors includ liver cancer, prostate cancer, stomach cancer, pheochromocytoma and nmlignant gli- oma, which is related with annexiu A7 genome instability, and a variety of abnomlal regulation of signaling path- ways activated some oncogenes or involving tumor- suppressor gene, apoptosis related gene and so on.
