摘　　要：分析当前高职化学制药技术专业人才培养存在的两个问题,介绍本校化学制药技术专业人才培养改革的思路、课程体系优化整合的实践及成效,针对现行培养计划中存在的问题,给出适当的建议。Two problems of personnel training were analyzed about chemical pharmaceutical technology specialty in the current higher vocational education. First the paper introduces the reform thinking, then shows the reform prac- tices and results of optimization and integration of curriculum system. Meanwhile, the appropriate recommendations was suggested on the existing problems.
