摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断进步和快速发展,新媒体已经全面进入高校思想政治教育的各个领域。新媒体的出现使高校辅导员工作面临重大机遇的同时,也增加了高校辅导员工作的复杂性和不确定性。辅导员应把握机遇,直面挑战,自觉提升信息素养。建设学习型辅导员队伍,加强辅导员的媒介素养;构筑新媒体教育阵地,提升辅导员的沟通能力;掌握新方法新技巧,提升辅导员工作魅力是高校辅导员提升信息能力的重要途径。With the continuously advancement of science and technology,new media has already covered every aspect of ideological and political education in the university.The appearance of new media offers a rare opportunity to university instructors and also poses challenges of uncertainty and complexity in their daily work.So the instructors should grasp the new opportunity without fear to improve information ability consciously.The important approach to enhance university instructor＇s information ability is to constructing learning-type instructor organization,enhancing their new media ability,establishing new media channels,improving communication skills,and mastering new methods and techniques.
