摘 要:目的:了解卓越教学法对护生临床教学的影响。方法:以长江大学护理学院2010级本科班12名实习护生为教学对象,分为实验组和对照组各6例。实验组应用卓越教学法为主的教学模式,对照组应用传统教学模式,以护生的综合考试成绩和护生对教学方法的评价作为评价依据。结果:实验组护生的综合考试成绩和对教学方法评价优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:卓越教学法为主的教学模式可使护生与教师明确"学"与"教"的目标,能充分调动护生的学习主动性、积极性和创造性,提高护理水平及学习效率。Objective:To observe the effects of excellent teaching method on nursing interns Methods:Totally 12nursing students in undergraduate classes of 2010grade in the nursing school of Yangtze University were enrolled as teaching objects,six nursing students were in the experimental group and the rest six students were in the control group.The excellent teaching method was applied in the experimental group and traditional teaching mode was applied in the control group.The comprehensive exam results,evaluation of the method by nursing students were taken as evaluation bases.Results:The comprehensive exam results and evaluation of the method in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P <0.01for all).Conclusion:The excellent teaching method can help nursing students and teachers to make their objectives clearer,can fully arouse the initiative,enthusiasm and creativity of nursing students,can improve level of care and boost efficiency in studying.
