社会体育专业与健身场所有效衔接的研究

摘　　要：为了更好地提高社会体育专业的教学效果,加快社会体育专业的教学改革的进程,从而提高社会体育专业人才培养的质量和就业率。社会体育专业与健身场所如何进行有效的衔接已变得越来越重要。因此,本文通过文献资料法和访谈法对锦州市几家经营性健身场所及渤海大学文理学院体育系的社会体育专业进行了研究。结果表明经常性的健身场所领导的讲座、经常性的健身指导比赛、教师在健身企业接受的培训、学生分批在健身企业的实习、健身企业领导参与学生成绩的评定及制定社会体育专业的培养目标和培训计划等方式可以有助于实现双方的有效衔接。In order to better carry out the teaching effect of social sports specialty and speed up the process of the teaching reformation of social sports specialty accordingly improve training quality of students of social sports specialty and employment rate. How to make an connection between the specialty of social sports and fitness centers has become more and more important. Therefore in this paper several business sport fitness centers in Jinzhou and the social sports specialty of wenli college department of physical education in Bohai University were discussed by using the method of literature and interview. The results showed that such ways as regular lectures of leaderships of fitness centers regular game for fitness guide teachers' training accepted at fitness center batch-wise practice of students at fitness centers evaluation from leaderships of fitness business on student's scores and training objectives and training program formulated by them may contribute to realize the effective connection between the specialty of social sports and fitness centers.
