摘　　要：在全球跨境教育竞争日益激烈的背景下,澳大利亚为增强其国家竞争优势,将跨境教育作为国家战略,通过准确的市场定位、扩大留学生规模、严控海外办学质量等一系列宏观与微观政策,一定程度上提高了其竞争优势。这些战略措施对我国发展跨境教育和提高国际竞争优势具有借鉴意义。Under the background of global cross-border educauon is mortally,sly , education as a national strategy to enhance the national competitive advantage in Australia. Through the accurate market positioning, expand the scale of foreign students, rein overseas education quality, and a series of macro and micro policy, to some extent improve its competitive, advantage. These strategic measures has the important enlightenment and model significance for China to develop and enhance its international competitive advantage of cross-border education.
