摘　　要：指出高等学校的实验室是办好学校的基本条件之一 ,是学校的“半壁江山”,提高整体办学效益和办学水平 ,就应摆正高校实验室及技术物资管理工作的位置。要加强实验室及技术物资科学化管理 ,加强实验室人员队伍的建设。Laboratory is an important part of a university. It was pointed out in this paper that laboratory is one of the fundamental conditions to run a university. To raise the whole running effect and level, the university's laboratory and the technical materials management should be put in a correct position. That is, to strengthen the laboratory and the technical materials scientifically management, to build a strong contingent of laboratory personnel.
