摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱质谱联用检测水产品肌肉组织中孔雀石绿和氯霉素残留的同步分析方法.样品经乙腈提取后上中性氧化铝柱净化,浓缩、去脂后,液相色谱-串联质谱进行测定,内标法定量.孔雀石绿和隐性孔雀石绿在0.5~30 μg/kg浓度内有良好的线性关系.氯霉素在0.1~30 μg/kg浓度内有良好的线性关系.最低检出限分别为0.5和0.1μg/kg.实际样品检测中,三种药物的加标回收率为80%~110%.本方法的灵敏度较高,且简单、快速,可以满足水产品肌肉组织中孔雀石绿和氯霉素残留同时检测的需要.A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and malachite green in muscle tissue of aquatic products by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The analytes were extracted from the samples by acetonitrile, and cleaned by Alumina N Column. After got rid of fat, the condensed sample solution was analyzed by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry, and rationed with internal standard method. The linear ranges of malachite green were from 0.5 μg/kg to 30 μg/kg. The linear ranges of chloramphenicol were from 0.1 μg/kg to 30 μg/kg. The detection limits were 0.5μg/kg and 0.1 In the sample testing,the recoveries were 80%-110%. The results showed that the method was sensitive and rapid.The described methed was proved suitable for malachite green and chloramphenieol residues in tissue of aquatic products. μg/kg. , simple muscletissue of aquatic products.
