印度耆那教发展的原因探析

摘　　要：耆那教是印度历史悠久且发展稳定的小宗教派别,虽历经磨难但始终屹立,显示了巨大的生命力。耆那教在印度稳步发展的原因主要有:管理良好的信徒组织是耆那教生命力的关键支撑,苦修徒与居家信徒相互尊重,富裕的居家信徒团体给了耆那教鼎力支撑;精细严格的教义是耆那教生命力的主要源泉,耆那教教义从没发生本质改变,并且信徒时刻坚守教义;耆那教徒自古受人尊敬,与王室联系密切,乐于慈善,拥有很高的社会地位;耆那教有很强的柔韧性,尊重别的信仰,有非同寻常的环境适应能力。Jainism is always small, but has long history and has been developing steadily after a series of trials, which showed its exuberant vitality. The reasons of its development are as follows ： the well run organization of ascetics and laypersons is the crucial support of its lifeblood, ascetics and laypersons respect each other, the community of rich laypersons is the mainstay of Jainism; meticulous and harsh doctrines are the main fountain. It has remained unaltered, the followers stick to the doctrines; the Jains have been revered, always got royal patronages in the past, always willing to do philanthropic work, hold high social positions; Jainism is flexible and esteems other faiths, the Jains can adapt themselves to surroundings well.
