生长调节剂喷穗对无核白葡萄采后落粒的影响

摘　　要：以新疆无核白葡萄为材料 ,研究采前生长调节剂喷穗处理对葡萄浆果采后落粒的影响 ,结果表明 :NAA和GA3 喷穗处理后 ,浆果内源IAA和GA3 含量增加 ,ABA含量降低 ;果柄耐拉力提高。外源ABA喷穗处理 ,可降低浆果内源IAA和GA3 的含量 ,明显提高内源ABA的含量。乙稀利喷穗可增加浆果内源GA3 的含量 ,提高内源ABA的含量 ,对内源IAA含量有降低作用。ABA和乙稀利喷穗则使果柄的耐拉力明显降低。采前NAA和GA3The effects of preharvest growth regulator spray on postharvest berry drop of grape were investigated. The results showed that IAA and GA 3 content of berries were increased, ABA content of berries were decreased, and attachment of stems to the fruit was enhanced after NAA and GA 3 spray treatment. IAA and GA 3 content of berries were decreased by ABA spray treatment. ABA content of berries was sharply increased by ABA spray treatment. Preharvest ethrel spray increased GA 3 and ABA content of berries, and decreased IAA content of berries. ABA and ethrel spray treatment sharply decreased the attachment of stem to the fruit. Postharvest fruit drop of grape cultivar ‘Wuhebai’ was distinctly lightened by preharvest NAA and GA 3 spray treatment.
