摘  要:为提高褐煤利用率,利用富集得到的产甲烷菌群对内蒙古白音华褐煤进行了生物强化产气研究,通过单因素试验考察了温度、pH、煤粉粒度、煤浆浓度、NaCl浓度、维生素、微量元素和酵母粉等8个因素对褐煤生物产气的影响。结果表明:温度、pH、NaCl浓度、煤浆浓度4个因素对褐煤产气影响较为显著,而煤粉粒度影响相对较弱。维生素和微量元素对褐煤生物产气存在一定促进作用,而酵母粉却在一定程度上抑制了褐煤生物产气量。正交试验结果表明:最优产气条件为,培养温度45℃,pH为6.0,煤浆质量浓度40 g/L,NaCl质量分数0.3%,其产气量为97.84μmol/g。In order to improve the utilization rate of lignite, the enriched bacterial consortia of methanogenic production were used to stimulate the biogenic gas production of Baiyinhua lignite obtained from Inner Mongolia autonomous region.Firstly, eight factors such as temperature, pH value, coal particle size, the concentration of NaCX, coal slurry density, the vitamins, trace elements and yeast, which might affect the gas production of lignite were tested by the singleactor experiment.The results showed that the temperature ,pH value ,the concentration of NaCl and coal slurry density had relatively significant influence on gas production of lignite.On the contrary,the coal particle size had weaker effects.Furthermore, the vitamins and trace elements promoted the gas production. However, the yeast extracts inhibited it to some extent. Finally, through the orthogonal test, the optimal conditions of biogenic gas production was 45℃, pH 6.0, coal slurry density 40 g/L and the concentration of NaCl 0.3% ,and the gas production of which was up to 97.84μmol/g.
