摘　　要：结合校系二级管理模式的运用实践,提出了学生工作实行二级管理的意义,分析了二级管理实践中存在的不足,理顺了校系二级管理的关系、目标与职责,并从管理、指导、服务等方面介绍了实施校系两级学生管理的具体措施与手段。This paper combined with application of two-level management model of practice, presented student work the second-level management of meaning, shortcomings in the analysis of two-level management in practice, straightening out the relationship between University-Department of management, objectives and responsibilities, management, guidance, and services describe implementation of University-Department of student management of concrete measures and instruments.
