柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤证的脉证研究

摘　　要：目的:总结柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤证的主症、兼症、主要舌象脉象。方法:运用现代统计学方法对102例应用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤的古今医案进行了归纳和整理。结果:出现频次最高的14个症状中夜寐不佳、眩晕、便秘、口苦症在主要疾病中的分布没有显著差异性(P>0.05);心烦、胸闷气短、精神失常、咽干、情志过极史、呕恶、急躁易怒、心悸、汗出、纳呆症在主要疾病中的分布有差异(P<0.05)。病案中有舌色描述者85例,舌质红者42例,舌质红与其他舌色表现者相较显著差异(P<0.05)。病案中苔色统计不甚集中,多见于苔薄白、白腻、薄黄、黄腻。脉象多为:弦、滑、细脉三种脉象的组合,其中又以弦滑及弦细脉较为多见。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤证的主症、兼症、舌象、脉象参考指征为:①主症:夜寐不佳,眩晕,便秘,口苦;②兼症(或然症):心烦,胸闷气短,精神失常,咽干,情志过极史,呕恶,急躁易怒,心悸,汗出,纳呆;③舌象:舌红或淡红,苔白腻、黄腻或薄白、薄黄;④脉象:脉弦滑或弦细。Objective： To summarize the main symptoms, accompanying symptoms, the main tongue and pulse conditions of Chaihu Longgu Mu｜i Decoction syndrome. Methods： The modern statistical methods were applied to summarize and reorganize 102 cases of ancient and modern medical records involving Chaihu Longgu Mull Decoction. Results： Among 14 symptoms with the highest appearing frequencies in the main diseases, the distribution of poor sleep at night, dizziness, constipation, bitter taste had no significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; while the symptoms of upset, shortness of breath, insane, dry throat, emotional stress, vomiting and nausea, ilTitability, palpitations, sweating and anorexia had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. 85 cases had the description of tongue color, 42 cases recorded red tongue, there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） between red tongue and other tongue manifestations. The statistics of fur color in the medical records was not very concentrated, more common in the thin and white fur, white and greasy fur, thin and yellow fur, yellow and greasy fur. The pulse conditions were the combination of string, slide, while the thready pulses, and the string slide and string pulses were more common. Conclusion： The reference indications for the main symptoms, accompanying symptoms, tongue fur, pulse condition of Chaihu Longgu Mull Decoction are as follows： the main symptoms are poor night steep, dizziness, constipation, bitter taste; （~the accompanying symptoms are upset, shortness of breath, insane, dry throat, emotional stress, vomiting and nausea, irritability, palpitations, sweating, anorexia; the tongue conditions are red tongue or pink tongue, thin and white fur, white and greasy fur, thin and yellow fur, yellow and greasy fur; the pulse conditions are stringy and slippery pulse or stringy and thready pulse.
