摘　　要：《黄帝内经》中很多条文均可见"经脉者"字样,而未见"血脉者""络脉者""经筋者""经别者""奇经八脉者""经络者"等居于条文之首的格式,故《黄帝内经》中讲的主要是经脉理论。为医者一定要精通经脉理论,熟悉经脉运行,掌握经脉病候,认真审查经脉病之虚实,用"微针调其气血,从而治愈疾病"。'Meridians'can be seen in many articles of Huangdi' s Canon of Medicine,while few phrases such as ' blood vessels',' collaterals',' meridian sinews',' divergent meridians ',' eight extra meridians',' meridians and collaterals' appear in the front of the articles,therefore Huangdi's Canon of Medicine is mainly about meridian theory.A doctor must master the meridian theory,be familiar with the meridian courses,master the meridian symptoms and carefully review the deficiency and excess of meridian diseases.Only in this way can a doctor cure the disease by regulating the circulation of qi and blood with acupunture.
