硫磺负离子复合制剂对延边黄牛背最长肌脂肪酸、氨基酸的影响  被引量:8

摘  要:选取40头平均体重(550±16)kg的健康延边黄牛阉牛,随机分为4个处理,Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ各试验组在基础饲粮中添加不同水平硫磺负离子复合制剂,添加量分别为每天每头16,18,20mg。试验结果表明,添加硫磺负离子复合制剂可显著提高延边黄牛背最长肌中亚油酸的含量;同时对丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、精氨酸、蛋氨酸、胱氨酸含量均有显著提高。因此,在育肥后期饲粮中添加硫磺负离子复合制剂能提高延边黄牛背最长肌中不饱和脂肪酸含量、鲜味氨基酸含量和必需氨基酸含量,在本试验条件下,硫磺负离子复合制剂添加量以每天每头18mg为宜。40 healthy Yanbian Yellow Cattle bullock with initial body weight of (550±16) kg were randomly allocated into 4 treatments, included group Ⅰ , fed the basal diet, group Ⅱ ,Ⅲ , Ⅳ added different levels of sulfur additives in basal diet, respectively. Adding quantity as per head per day with 16,18 and 20 mg. The results showed that added sulfur additives can significantly improve the linoleic acid of longissimus muscle in Yanbian Yellow Cattle. At the same time of alanine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, arginine and methionine, cystine content were significantly increased. In conclusion, supplementation of sulfur additives in late fattening diet can obtain favorable effects on unsaturated fatty acid, nonessential amino acid, essential amino acid of longissimus muscle in Yanbian Yellow Cattle and 18 mg (average cattle/day) is considered to be the optimal level in the concentration under conditions in this study.
