摘 要:在石油工程建设项目施工中,科学地评价施工分包商资质和能力对于施工总承包企业选择施工分包商至关重要。基于层次分析法(AHP)来选择石油工程项目施工分包商,为评价分包商的各准则因素和可供选择的分包商构建了一个层次结构模型,并对此模型进行了分析和计算。通过实例分析表明,AHP方法能够综合考虑准则因素,由此得到分包商能力权重综合排序,从而选择满意分包商。该方法简易可行,能减少人为因素的影响,增强了决策的客观性和科学性。In construction of petroleum engineering project, it’s crucial to scientifically evaluate qualification and ability of construction subcontractors for the general contractor choosing the construction subcontractor. In this paper, in order to scientifically select the petroleum engineering project construction subcontractor by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a hierarchy structure model for evaluation criteria factors and the selecting subcontractors was established, and the model was analyzed and calculated. The example analysis shows that AHP can consider the evaluation criteria factors comprehensively, a descending-order list of subcontractor capacity weights can be obtained in order to select the best subcontractor;The approach is simple and feasible, and can reduce the effect of artificial factors and enhance the objectivity and scientificity of decision-making.
