摘 要:与既有21t、23t轴重通用货车相比,27t轴重通用货车具有动能大、车轮直径大、制动困难等特点,对驼峰溜放部分间隔制动减速器的性能提出了新的要求。本文在分析减速器对车轮制动的力学原理基础上,建立减速器制动力计算模型,并给出模型求解方法。根据常用减速器的参数,计算相同条件下既有减速器对直径915mm车轮较840mm车轮制动力降低的幅度,以及驼峰设计规范对通用货车制动力的需求。本文提出提高减速器制动轨高度、增大制动压力、降低推峰速度及研制新型减速器等强化措施,为未来27t轴重通用货车驼峰溜放的间隔制动问题提供理论参考。Compared with 21 t & 23 t axle load general service freight cars, the 27 t axle load generic service freight car has characteristics of larger kinetic energy, larger wheel diameter and more braking difficulties, which brings new requirements to the spacing-braking retarders for humping. In this paper, the braking me- chanics principle of retarder on wheel was analyzed, the retarder braking force calculation model was estab- lished, and the model solution was given. The percentage reduction of the braking force on the 915 mm diame- ter wheel than on the 840 mm wheel was calculated under the same conditions with calculation of the parame- ters of common retarders. Taking the braking force requirements of the Code for design of hump and marshal- ling yard of railways as the standards, the demand gap of the 27 t axle load general service freight car was de- termined, and the strengthening measures of raizing the braking rail height, increasing the braking pressure, reducing the push speed and developing new types of retarders were proposed. The above conclusions can pro- vide a theoretical reference for application of 27 t axle load general service cars in the future.
