探析汽车服务工程专业大学生综合素质的培养

摘　　要：根据当前汽车服务业的发展及就业形势,在现有"懂技术、善经营、会服务"专业素质要求基础上,提出本专业大学生还应具备"良身心、强责任"的综合素质。阐述了汽车服务专业特点,明确了本专业大学生应具有综合素质的内容及要求,探索研究了综合素质培养的几种途径,以期为汽车服务工程专业大学生综合素质应用型人才培养提供参考与建议。According to the current development of the automobile service industry and the employment situation, and based on the present comprehensive quality requirements such as ＂mastering technology, knowing management, being good at service＂, the undergraduates in automobile service engineering should have more quality requirements such as ＂healthy body and mind, strong responsibility＂. After introducing the connotation of the automobile service engineering specialty, and defining the content and requirement of comprehensive quality, we present the ways to cultivate undergraduates＇ comprehensive quality to provide useful references to the talents cultivation for automobile service engineering.
