摘　　要：目的探讨BUB1和p16在鼻咽癌组织中的表达、相互关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测60例鼻咽癌组织、25例慢性鼻咽炎组织标本中BUB1和p16蛋白的表达,并分析两者与鼻咽癌患者临床特征的关系及两者表达的相关性。结果鼻咽癌组织中BUB1和p16的阳性表达率分别为45.0%(27/60)、36.7%(22/60),显著低于慢性鼻咽炎组织的84.0%(21/25)、100.0%(25/25),P均<0.01;BUB1的表达与鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移及临床分期相关(P均<0.01);BUB1与p16的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 BUB1和p16的低表达在鼻咽癌发生、发展中可能发挥重要作用,BUB1可作为鼻咽癌诊断及预后的参考指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression, relationships and clinical significance of BUB1 and p16 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） tissues. Methods Immunohistochemical technology was applied to detect the expression of BUB1 and p16 proteins in 60 cases of NPC tissues and 25 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis tissues, and to study the relationships of BUB1 and p16 expression with clinical features in patients with NPC. The correlations of two proteins expression were also analyzed. Results The positive rates of BUB1 （45. 0% ,27/60） and p16 （36.7% ,22/60） in NPC tissues were respectively lower than those in chronic uasopharyngitis tissues [ （84.0%, 21/25）, （100.0% ,25/25） ,P 〈0.01 ]. The positive rate of BUB1 was correlated with cervical lymph node metastasis and clinical stage （P 〈 O. 01 ）. The expression of BUB1 was positively correlated with p16 in NPC tissues （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The reduced expres sion of BUBI and p16 may play a significant role in the tumorigenesis and development of NPC. Detection of BUB1 can be a useful mark er for diagnosis and prognosis of NPC.
